Why should I hire Elevated Libations, LLC to bartend my event when my best friend's roommate will do it for much less?
The most obvious answer is it takes the stress out of the event. You definitely want somebody with experience who can make great drinks and ensure people are having the best time possible. We make sure that everything is taken care of so you can enjoy the party!​ Hiring a bartender will also save you in the long run because bartenders employ industry standard portion control techniques. More importantly, it lessens the possibility of people over-serving themselves at an open, self-serve bar.

osting with private bartenders takes your event to the next level. Presenting exclusive bartenders at your occasion is a subtle communication of class and attention to detail. A professional bar adds an exciting dynamic to your event that can’t be replicated by other means. You’ll be happy to know your guests are in good hands, being entertained and served by our hand-picked, fully qualified bartenders.
My catering company also provides bar service. Why should I hire you?
Elevated Libations specializes in event bartending services. While your caterer focuses on food, drinks are all we do. Plus, we offer a more diverse menu and better prices than most catering companies!
Do you offer food service in addition to bartending?
​This is a option we hope to provide in the near future; but at this time we do not offer food service.
Who supplies the alcohol?
The short answer: you do. Since Elevated Libations is a mobile company, we cannot obtain a liquor license in the state of Arizona.

However, we want to take on as much of the work as possible so you can relax and enjoy your party. With our Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages, we offer a purchase and delivery service, where we buy and deliver the alcohol for you. Once your drink menu is determined (which we are more than happy to help you with) we scour the region to find you the best prices possible. We can also often get special discounts through our partnerships with local businesses. This way, you're sure to get it at the best price! Plus, you're not restricted to a pre-set alcohol package, so your options are virtually limitless! The total cost of your alcohol is added to your invoice, we purchase it for you, and make sure that it arrives at the event. One less thing to worry about!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and personal and cashier's checks. We use Square for our credit card system, so we can swipe the card in person, or take the information over the phone or via email. For Venmo payments, we can send you a direct request, just let us know this is how you'd like to pay. If paying by mail, checks can be sent to P.O. Box 594, Flagstaff, AZ 86002.
​​Do you offer a payment plan, or do I have to pay everything upfront?
We want to make the process of planning your event as stress-free as possible, and we understand cost can be a major source of anxiety. When you book with Elevated Libations, you are automatically put on a three-payment system. The reservation deposit, due upon signing of Service Agreement, is 25% of the quoted price. Second payment, 90% of the total cost, is due three weeks prior to the event. Final payment is due no later than five days following the event. For example, if the total cost of services is $500, the deposit would be $125, second payment would be $325, and final payment would be $50. Other payment options may be arranged, so please don't hesitate to ask!
How is gratuity handled?
Our bartenders are industry professionals and tips are customary; however, we understand that sometimes our customers don't want to place the burden gratuity on their guests. We offer two options for handling tips: 1) Guest Gratuity - This option allows for a tip jar on the bar; 2) Host Gratuity - There will be no tip jar on the bar and the host will pay a minimum of $1.50 per guest. Just let us know when booking which you prefer.
​How far in advance should I book your services?
To take as much of the stress out of your event as possible, we ask that you book as much in advance as possible. However, we understand that things come up last minute. If you're just looking for our Tier 1 package or a bartender a la carte, we request bookings to be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. If you would like our Tier 2 or Tier 3 package, booking should be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the event to give us time to prepare and acquire the necessary supplies.
For the safety of our clients and our bartenders, face masks will be required for all Elevated Libations personnel until further notice.
